At Riwaayat By Shweta, we take care to ensure your order is packed and sent in excellent condition.

We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including incorrect choice of colour, style or size.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order with your order details and clear photos of the item. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
